We have a skills chart of some basic skills that we would like the girls to know. Each girl will be asked to explain, show, and/or teach a director all of these skills over the weekend. They will then add their sticker to the chart. The chart will be hung up at Day Camp so that leaders know the areas that their PA's were trained in. Girls will be able to add stickers to the chart as they learn new things at Day Camp too.
This chart does not decide which level you are in. Your personality, leadership abilities, attitude, work ethic, confidence, and ability to stay with your assigned group are big determining factors. Knowing your skill is also very important, but it isn't the only thing to get you to Rock Star.
We need to know each girls strength and weakness so that we know where to place them at camp, so that they will be challenged, but still shine as an individual.
Select Rock Stars will be leading patrols and teaching some of these skills in stations at the PA retreat.

I recommend practicing before retreat, but it is not required.
